Deserted.

Anna M. Coleman commenced suit in the circuit court yesterday for a divorce against William K. Coleman. She sets forth in her petition that she and the defendant were married in this county May 17, 1879, and lived together for two weeks. On the first day of June following, her husband packed his grip-sack and cruelly left her to fight the battle of life single-handed. William disappeared and never returned to comfort or support her. Tired of the bonds that bind her to a faithless husband, she respectfully asks that in consequence of the abandonment the matrimonial tie be severed by a decree of court, and that she be given her freedom. The case is docketed for the March term of court.
