Funeral of the Late Chris Aumann.

The funeral of the late Chris Aumann took place Sunday afternoon, and was very largely attended. The services were held at the residence of the family, Rev. mr. Bradley officiating. Herman lodge, No. 39, A. F. and A. M., Hunboldt lodge, A. O. U. W., and the Quincy Turnverein accompanied the remains. Friends followed in carriages, the entire procession being about six blocks long.

Mr. Aumann held certificate No. 1 in Humboldt lodge. A. O. U. W., which entitles his widow of $2,000. This lodge has a membership fo 140, of which number 120 attended the funeral. Of those who did not turn out, thirteen were out of town and five were sick.

Besides the above insurance, the deceased held a certificate for $2,000 in the Princeton Masonic relief association, and his wife receives a mortuary benefit of $500 from the order of Druids.
