Training Stations: Great Lakes, Illinois; Gulfport, Mississippi; New Orleans, Louisiana; USS Florada; Norfolk, Virginia.

Overseas: May 10, 1945. Returned: March 28, 1946.

Theatre of Operations: Pacific.

Decorations: Campaign Bars; American Theatre Medal; Victory Medal; Asiatic-Pacific Theatre Medal.

Discharged: Great Lakes, Illinois. May 23, 1946.

Rating: Seaman First Class.

Served: Twenty-seven months.

Present Occupation: Army Air Corps.

Went aboard the mine sweeper USS Quail, May 10, 1945.

Was transferred to USS Ptormigan, October 28, 1945.

Re-enlisted in Army Air Corps in May 1948.
